You’ll be staying in the loft of our converted barn with separate entrance. Private sun trap walled garden & parking. We’re off a quiet peaceful lane adjacent to woods. Location 10 mins from jct 48 M4 and Cross Hands. 15 mins equidistant Llanelli and Carmarthen. 20 mins to beaches and an hour to Brecon Beacons. The en-suite king size bedroom has a desk kettle fridge air fryer basic crockery & cutlery. Watch red kites and buzzards swooping over the stables and trees from the bedroom window. The space You’ll be staying in part of my home with a separate entrance. Spacious off road parking suitable for vans/trailers. You have a private walled garden with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Tea coffee milk is provided. There is a small fridge an air fryer and basic essentials. Towels toilet paper, soap, shampoo and shower gel is provided. Guest access You have your own walled garden with table chairs and sun loungers. Your private parking space is alongside. Entrance is separate to the main house so you can come and go as you please. During your stay I like to welcome guests and will be available if you need me but will not intrude. Other things to note My family live in other properties onsite and I have a small friendly dog.
