Self-contained vacation home consisting of 2 independent semi-detached units overlooking a large, spacious common area providing access to a pool table, ping pong table, and an outdoor swimming pool… Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, dishwasher. Family friendly The space The 60 sqm Mascaret Rouge accommodation is arranged over 2 levels: - On the ground floor: Living room / fully equipped kitchen – view of the private outdoor terrace - Upstairs via a spiral staircase: 5 sleeping places across 2 bedrooms (single and double beds) - 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets The cottage is fully equipped: with dishwasher, electric stove, normal oven and microwave. The beds can be arranged as a double bed or single beds, and are equipped with a duvet and 2 pillows per person. Linens and towels can be rented for €40 per bed (double or single bed). Guest access The accommodation is completely independent but provides access to the "salle chay" (100 m²), a common area shared with the other twin cottage, Patiras, and also provides access to the pool. Other things to note Please let us know if you need sheets and towels: sheets for €35 and towels for €5. Optional cleaning fee of €40
