The home features four well-appointed balcony facing bedrooms, each offering a relaxing and private retreat with comfortable beds, ample storage, natural light coming in through lush balconies and a soothing ambiance for a restful stay. The highlight of the home is the Buddha-themed living area, designed to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The living space is spacious and inviting—ideal for relaxing, socializing, or enjoying a quiet moment after a long day. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests who prefer home-cooked meals, along with a dedicated dining area for comfortable gatherings. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 4BHK apartment, ensuring full privacy and comfort during their stay. This includes all four bedrooms, the Buddha-themed living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and the balcony areas. The living area also features a dedicated home theatre setup with a 60-inch LED TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying movies or music in a calm, cozy setting. All amenities within the home are available for guest use. We just request you to treat the space with care and enjoy it as your own. Please note that any locked cupboards or storage/utility areas are not accessible. As this is a residential area, we appreciate being mindful of neighbors and maintaining a respectful environment. • Guests Kindly ensure that only booked guests stay at the property. • Cleanliness Basic cleanliness during your stay is always appreciated. We also have a dedicated housekeeping staff member who visits twice a day to assist with cleaning and upkeep, ensuring the space remains fresh and comfortable. • Smoking Courtesy Smoking is kindly requested to be done only in the balcony areas, while ensuring proper cleanliness and consideration for the space. • Energy & Safety Please switch off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use and lock doors when stepping out. • Private Areas Any locked storage spaces are not accessible. • Terrace Area Terrace access is restricted to the owner only.
