The space The layout of the apartment clearly separates the living area from the private area. The bright living room with a kitchenette is the central part of the apartment, where you can both relax and spend time enjoying a meal together. There is a comfortable, fold-out sofa with a sleeping area of 140x200, a coffee table and a Smart TV, which gives you access to your favourite apps and online entertainment. Large windows and access to the balcony make the interior well-lit and pleasant throughout the day. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with high-quality appliances – guests have at their disposal a 4-burner induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and a set of dishes, pots and kitchen utensils. The well-thought-out layout provides plenty of storage space and makes preparing meals convenient. A separate bedroom is a space conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. It features a comfortable 160x200 double bed with a cosy mattress, bedside tables and suitable lighting to create a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom has been finished in a modern style and equipped with a shower cubicle, a washer-dryer and practical cabinets. Towels, a hairdryer and shower gel are also provided for guests, which increases the comfort of their stay and allows them to travel more lightly. In the hallway, there is a large corner wardrobe that can easily accommodate clothing, suitcases and other personal belongings. An additional advantage of the apartment is the spacious corner balcony equipped with garden furniture – the perfect place for a morning coffee, working in the fresh air or relaxing in the evening. Air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. The apartment has a private parking space, number 75, in the underground garage, which guarantees convenience and security. Access to the garage is possible directly by lift from the building level. The apartment is located in a modern part of the city, close to shops (including Żabka), service points and public transport stops. There is a wellness & spa area with a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the building opposite – there is an additional charge for using it, and details are available at reception.
