The apartment has panoramic beach views and is newly renovated and fully equipped. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space; the location is unbeatable. The beach is considered one of the best in the Bay of Biscay. Ideal for surfing, beach walks, visiting the cliffs… plenty of reasons to come. There is a fantastic range of dining options, from traditional cuisine to more casual pintxo-based fare in bars and restaurants. The space The apartment features a modern bedroom with a comfortable 1.50-meter (5-foot) queen-size bed and an open closet to store all your belongings. The bathroom, with a shower, is cozy and has all the necessary amenities for your stay. The wall mirror has a built-in LED light with variable brightness, an anti-fog feature, and a touch switch. The kitchen is a functional kitchen; it is equipped with all the necessary utensils for a vacation kitchen. The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with two very comfortable individual reclining armchairs and a 55" flat-screen TV. The entire space has free Wi-Fi access. The balcony is another perfect spot to enjoy and relax after a day at the beach or exploring the town. Any visit to the municipality of Plentzia inevitably involves a walk through the narrow streets of its old town. The accommodation is located in a quiet, central area, just a short walk from the beach, perfect for leaving the house in flip-flops, with your swimsuit on and your towel over your shoulder; in addition, restaurants and bars are also just a few meters away in the other direction, at the harbor. During your stay, you can use the entire apartment, including the terrace, which is at your disposal for you to enjoy in peace. Make yourself at home and use the spaces freely and respectfully. Guest access Two bathrobes are provided for your personal use during your stay. Upon your departure, they must remain at the property. If you wish to take it with you on the day of your departure, a €50 fee will be added to your reservation. During your stay, you will also receive a complimentary breakfast for each day of your stay: coffee and milk pods, sweetener and sugar, sliced bread for toasting, butter, jam, and honey. In the kitchen, you will also find some basic products: EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Sherry Vinegar, and Maldon Salt. At the community level, the community has a parking area for vehicles, with 10 spaces that are not sufficient for all co-owners (24 residents), so parking right at the entrance, below the apartment, will be a matter of luck. No smoking in the apartment. If you smoke inside, we will charge your reservation account a €150 cleaning fee.
