In essence, an ark is a vessel—a carrier of life, stories, and journeys. From a traveler’s perspective, ARK represents a refuge: a place that gathers experiences, protects moments, and lets you pause amidst your journey. In a Sanskrit context, while “Ark” (अर्क) means the Sun, essence, or energy, the philosophy aligns beautifully—this is a place that radiates warmth, life, and creative energy. At Miraya by ARK, you are both the traveler and the story being carried forward. The cottage is filled with original artwork by the owner and curated pieces from emerging artists. With in-house artists constantly adding new creations, the space evolves—no two visits feel the same. We proudly support a community-driven ecosystem, showcasing local artists, artisans, and brands. Many pieces you see are credited—and some are even available to purchase and take home, letting you carry a piece of Miraya with you. Surrounded by a forest and home to hundreds of bird species, Miraya is designed for nature experiences. Special bird feeders and birdhouses are installed so you can observe birds right from your room. Whether you’re journaling, sketching, composing music, or simply sitting in silence—this is a place where time slows down. Guest access All external areas are shared spaces with guests from other villas. Though we encourage guests to be mindful of other's privacy. THE VILLA HAS ADJOINING STAIRS FROM THE OUTSIDE. THERE IS NO INTERNAL CONNECTION THROUGH THE ROOMS.
