Rental house on Île de Sein

Our gîte, Chez Joséphine, is located just 30 meters from the sea, on Île de Sein. From the Quai des Paimpolais, a typical little alley leads you to the house. The house embodies the island’s spirit: all construction on Île de Sein is carried out with the approval of Bâtiments de France. I just bought it, and I rent it out when I’m not using it. The cottage is ideal for 4 to 6 people maximum. Its main advantage: a beautiful south-facing courtyard, which is rare on the island.
