The apartment (45 sqm) is located in the idyllic Lerone Valley, 4 km from Garlenda (shops, pharmacy, tennis, riding stables, golf) in a historic Borgo (5 houses). 15 minutes drive to the beach (Alassio, Laigueglia), equipment: 1 sleeping-living-dining room, 1 bedroom, bathroom (shower, toilet), kitchenette with microwave, satellite TV, garden, patio, barbecue area, separate entrance. Private beach area (beach chairs, changing room, umbrella) with bar can be booked separately. Dogs are welcome, personal care by the owner in the house. Bed linen and towels can be provided (5 € / day).
