The country studio and its bread oven

Welcome to our independent and fresh studio for the summer ☀️, located in the heart of Charentenay, in the Yonne (89). Freshly tastefully renovated next to an old bread oven, the studio offers all the comforts you need to make yourself at home and allow you to visit Auxerrois, its riches and grand crus. The space The studio offers a double bed with a comfortable mattress, an area with a bar table, two stools, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle and coffee maker for your morning beverages. The stylish bathroom includes a shower, a sink and a toilet. You will also enjoy a private courtyard with garden furniture. Note that although the space is cozy, there is no sink or kitchen, but a refrigerator is available. A barbecue is also available in the courtyard. Sheets and towels are provided Just 17 minutes from Auxerre and its half-timbered houses, you can also explore Coulanges-la-Vineuse (9 km), Irancy (13 km), Saint-Bris-le-Vineux (17 km) Chablis (27 km), Vezelay (26 km), or the Rochers du Saussois. Enjoy every moment, between culture, wine and tranquility. Guest access Self-check-in for guests with a lockbox located to the left of the gate. Once the gate is open, the studio will be to the left of the courtyard, just before the small gate. Please note that you must park your vehicle in the church parking lot, 50 meters from the property. There is no street lighting after 10 p.m., but there are solar-powered lights in our garden to help you get to your accommodation after that time. Other things to note We live in the house next to the studio and have two dogs and a cat. Therefore, the gate will always be closed so that you can enjoy the property in peace without them. Please note that we may also use the large gate during the day. We kindly ask guests to leave it closed.
