The Lutwidge Arms at Holmrook is a Victorian roadside Inn on the banks of the River Irt with a welcoming atmosphere in one of the most unspolied and beautiful regions of the Lake District. We are ideally located for access to the superb walking areas in the nearby Wasdale and Eskdale valleys. The beautiful Wastwater Lake is only 15 minutes away from the hotel. We provide comfortable accommodation in 15 ensuite bedrooms and offer a varied selection of home cooked food in our Restaurant and Bar. The space Family rooms have a large comfortable double bed and for the children over five there is a high quality sofa-bed. The rooms are spacious and equipped with flat screen TV, free WiFi, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The spacious bathrooms have both a bath and an electric shower.
