The space FROM MAY 1, 2024, TOURIST TAX COLLECTION IN CASH AT THE PROPERTY Very cozy apartment, finely furnished in rustic style of 45 sqm, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It consists of a very spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen/living room with sofa bed. Equipped with independent heating, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, dishes (the property does not provide ANY meals), TV and free Wi-Fi Bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen, and a hairdryer will be provided. I recommend my apartment to those who use it as a starting point and then move around in the morning and return in the evening, as it is located in the center of the Aosta Valley and allows you to easily visit the entire region. The apartment, being obtained from an old renovation, is located in the village's Borgo and does not have much natural lighting. I recommend being self-driving as public transport only offers coverage from 6.30 am to 6.30 pm, on an hourly basis, excluding holidays, although they comfortably reach (10/15 min) both the mini market, a department store and all the services and cultural centers of the city. Guest access Access is completely independent, in the immediate vicinity there are some parking spaces. Other things to note Since it is difficult to set rates for medium/long stays, I would like to advise those who are interested in these periods to contact me to find out the price based on the length of stay and the number of guests.
