The 4-bedroom house, for up to 14 guests, is located in its own building on the estate. It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 3x bedrooms offering 2x double beds (160x200 cm) and 1x bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm). The house also includes a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there are 2 terraces, one of which is covered, providing a comfortable space for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the fresh mountain air. Guests also have access to a wood-fired barbecue. The space The 4-bedroom house, sleeping up to 14 guests, is located in its own building on the Forrest Farmhouse estate. It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with three bedrooms each offering 2 double beds (2 x 160x200 cm) and one bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm). The house also includes a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and all the essentials for preparing meals, as well as free parking on site. Outside, there are 2 terraces, one of which is covered, providing a comfortable space for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the fresh mountain air. Guests also have access to a wood-fired barbecue. The shared 8x4 m swimming pool is seasonal, unheated, and open from June 1 to September 30. Set in a secluded location at 740 m altitude, the property offers peace, privacy, clean air, and beautiful natural surroundings. It is located around 24 km from Ljubljana and 6 km from Polhov Gradec, with the final 3 km of access road being gravel. The estate also has its own natural spring drinking water, which is not chlorinated. Guest access Guests have access to their booked unit and the outdoor areas of the estate, including the shared seasonal swimming pool. The pool area is shared between the two units on the property. Please note that some outdoor and access areas may also be used by other guests staying on the estate. Other things to note The estate is in a peaceful, secluded natural setting, so a car is recommended. The final part of the access road includes around 3 km of gravel road. The property is ideal for guests looking to relax, enjoy nature, hike, or cycle. As there may be other guests staying on the estate and neighbours nearby, we kindly ask everyone to keep noise levels respectful and to treat the property with care. The estate also has its own natural spring drinking water, which is not chlorinated.
