The space There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with view across the adjoining farmland, & spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. It has its own separate entrance and designated parking area. The Leat is part of our main house which was the old corn mill. It is set back in 2 acres of mature garden with a small stream. Guest access The whole flat Other things to note We are at the bottom of a small valley so internet signal can be a little poor at times. This is often seen as a blessing by many as they enjoy the peace and tranquility of The Leat.
