Stunning Holiday Home 2: This is your home away from home, carefully well maintained five bedroom home, can easily accommodate 10 x people (We have 4 x Queen beds and 2 x single beds), making it easy for large groups. If your group is larger than 10 x individuals, we have a solution for you - Stunning Holiday Home 1 - in Kalkallo, we will be able to club large groups and accommodate about 18 x people in total (re: subject to availability, T&C apply). We will accept up to 2 x pets. The space This is a five bedroom house, with a large open plan living area. 1) Master bed room [en-suite] 1 X Queen bed [for two people] 2) Bedroom two - 2nd living room converted to a bedroom - Queen bed for two people. 3) Bedroom thee - Queen bed for two people - shared toilet, bathroom and shower. 4) Bedroom four - Queen bed for two people - shared toilet, bathroom and shower. 5) Bedroom five - 2 X single beds for two people - shared toilet, bathroom and shower. Living room: Large, open plan living area - Dining table [6 x seats], a large leather couch, 1 x person can easily sleep on it [if required/ not added on the numbers as we do not recommend this]. Laundry: Washing machine, ironing facility, and a dryer in the garage. Outside: Large back garden with a synthetic lawn, alfresco with outdoor seating arrangements. Garage: Double garage, with remote key access, two cars can park inside and another car can be parked in the driveway within the property. Guest access Guests can use the entire property as their own home. Other things to note Pets: We allow up to two pets for a cost of $200 per stay, but we do not provide any essentials for your pets [re: beddings / toiletries]. Parties/ and large groups/ late night gatherings: We DO NOT support parties or late night gatherings. PLEASE MAKE SURE NOISE LEVEL TO A MINIMUM BETWEEN QUIET HOURS [22:00hrs to 07:00hrs] Other Important Things To Note: 1) This is a peaceful neighbourhood, and we request you to maintain the noise level to a minimum after 22:00hrs every night. 2) As always in Australia in the event of an emergency, please call “000”. The nearest public hospital is Northern Hospital, 185 Cooper Street, Epping, VIC 3076. Usually, it will take 20 minutes driving (subject to the traffic conditions/ time may vary).
