Located in the city centre and close to all amenities, the location of this apartment will be ideal for your family stays in our beautiful city! The space STAY: A large living room open to the kitchen, with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a coffee table. A dining table for enjoying your favourite meals, along with 6 chairs. For the most music-loving guests, a Bluetooth speaker is at your disposal and of course high speed internet with wifi. KITCHEN: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, built-in oven, toaster, Senseo coffee machine and kettle (tea and coffee provided). A 12-place dishwasher is also available for your use. BATHROOM: A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a vanity unit and a backlit mirror. I have a hair dryer, shower gel, and shampoo. A 10 kg washing machine, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste BEDROOM #1: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm king-size bed, a 24-cm-thick comfort mattress, bed linen and duvet, and a chest of drawers. BEDROOM #2: One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm king-size bed, 24-cm-thick comfort mattress, bed linen and duvet. You will also find a dresser and a hanger for your clothes. OFFICE: Open-plan area in the room dedicated to your professional activities, with a desk and stool. I provide an ironing board and of course an iron. Neighborhood Highlights Events: A stone's throw from Place de la République, 3 minutes from Place Gambetta and 10 minutes from the thermal baths. The neighborhood: You can of course find nearby all types of shops (tobacco, press, bakery, convenience store etc...) You can enjoy the market, which is held twice a week: On Tuesday mornings, throughout the year, there is a food market in Place de la République and a non-food market in Place Gambetta. On Saturday mornings, there is a food-only market in Place de la République. Just a 9-minute drive from Lake Clarens and Center Parcs, and a 25-minute drive from the village of Vianne, this magnificent example of Albret’s mediaeval past is one of the few bastides that has managed to preserve all its fortifications from the ravages of time and human activity. There are also cycle routes available from Casteljaloux. Walygator Park (formerly Walibi) is a 40-minute drive away in Agen. So, what are you waiting for to visit!!?
