Ideal for families. The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 3 children. Perfect location in Swabia near Günzburg – just 2 km walking distance and approx. 3km by car from LEGOLAND. Nature, swimming lakes, leisure activities and restaurants are all close by. You will find two spacious bedrooms with comfortable king size beds as well as additional proper extra beds – no sofa bed, but real sleeping comfort. One of the bedrooms features a practical pull out bed, allowing up to 7 guests to sleep comfortably. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony with seating and a small table – perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset while enjoying the open field views towards LEGOLAND. Thanks to roller shutters in all rooms, the apartment can be fully darkened – ideal for restful sleep, even during the day. The heart of the apartment is the bright and colorful kitchen diner. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, and also features a small play corner with cushions and building blocks – perfect for families with children. The bathroom with bathtub invites you to relax after an eventful day. The garden and grill area with swing grill and fire pit can be shared (use at your own risk, parents are responsible for supervising their children). Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. A shared washing machine is located in the basement and can be used by both apartments. A parking space is available directly next to the front door on the property – easy and convenient arrival guaranteed. Enjoy relaxing days surrounded by nature, fields and excursions towards the Allgäu. Outdoor pools, lakes, playgrounds and selected restaurants are all nearby and make your stay even more enjoyable. We are happy to share our personal tips for an unforgettable stay after your booking. Guest access The accommodation is entirely yours for private use. Access is contactless via a key box. We will send you the access details around 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. Other things to note The garden, grill and garden shed (bicycle storage) are available for shared use by both apartments. Please observe the house rules!
