Four Lake View is a beautiful home from home in Coniston Village in The Lake District with stunning panoramic views of Conistonwater, ideal for two couples or a small family to enjoy lazy days enjoying the view or busy days climbing the fells and exploring the National Park. The space Once part of an old mill dating back to 1800, now converted into four cottages with spectacular lake views, you will find Four Lake View in Coniston, overlooking Coniston Water in the Lake District. Perfect for a family holiday to the lakes, for some fresh air and walking, this property will be an ideal base for all of your adventures. The entrance porch is where you'll be kicking off those muddy boots and hanging up the waterproofs after a great day out in the open, this leads straight into the kitchen. Once you have kicked off your shoes you will be warmed by the underfloor heating as well as the woodburning stove (logs not supplied) that sits in the beautiful living/dining room. There is plenty of room in the living/dining room for you all to gather here which boasts beautiful views towards Coniston Water, and decide on a program on the TV with Freeview, for a relaxing afternoon. When it's time to head to bed, move upstairs to discover the two lovely bedrooms, a master king-size with a superb lake view, and a second double room to the rear of the house all finished beautifully in earthy neutral hues. Serving the bedrooms is a family bathroom hosting a bath with hand-held shower, basin and WC, as well as a an ensuite shower room to the master kingsize room with shower, basin and WC. To the outside you can enjoy a summer evening on the patio using the outdoor furniture as you watch the last of the sun fall on the lake. If you don't feel like cooking in the evening, you can wander over to the local pub nearby and enjoy some delicious classic dishes, or head into the centre of Coniston where you'll find a bistro restaurant and a fish and chip shop, for whichever mood you're in. For a fun activity, hire a boat from Coniston Boating Centre, where you can choose from motor boats, canoes, kayaks or even paddleboards to see the beautiful surroundings from the water. With lovely footpaths and cycle routes around Coniston Water, you are further spoilt for choice of things to do, not mentioning the abundance of activities available in the entire Lake District.
