The apartment is the ideal place to arrive, unwind and immediately feel comfortable. Whether it's a business trip, a family vacation, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay: Here, modern living is combined with a relaxed location in the countryside. The space The bright and stylishly furnished 4-room apartment offers a high-quality living environment with plenty of space for relaxing, working and eating together. There are two separate bedrooms available, each with a comfortable double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The cozy living area with TV invites you to unwind. There is also a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils and all the essential appliances. The modern bathroom has a spacious, walk-in shower. We provide towels according to the number of guests booked. The apartment has a terrace overlooking the countryside. In rare cases, we use the side entrance via the terrace to the garden. Of course, we respect your privacy and do not stay there. For longer stays, we offer a laundry service by arrangement. The cost is 5 euros per wash. The Endersbach train station can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. From there, there is a direct S-Bahn connection to Stuttgart. Stuttgart's city center and the main train station are about 20 kilometers away. A bus stop with connections to Endersbach and Waiblingen is about 200 meters from the property. Parking is sufficiently available in the area. A public charging station for electric vehicles is located about 100 meters from the house.
