The space Located in Touraine du Sud, the property is ideally located, close to the castles of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope, and only 20 km from the Royal City of Loches. A perfect starting point to combine cultural discoveries and moments of rest. La Parenthèse is one of two gites, located side by side in the same house. The pool is common to both gites. With a capacity of 6 people, this home offers a comfortable and seamless organization: The 3 bedrooms are upstairs: Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two 90 beds. The ground floor is composed of a bathroom with toilet, a friendly living room, a dining area with a round table and an equipped kitchen. You will find a washing machine, a gas stove, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer, a filter coffee maker, an espresso machine, a kettle, and all the dishes and utensils you need for a comfortable and independent stay. This kitchen, functional and warm, enjoys direct access to an inner courtyard in addition to the private terrace of the cottage. Kitchen linens and shower mats will be on site. On the other hand, bed and bath linens will be provided upon request for a rental of €15 per person per stay. This will be paid upon arrival. A barbecue as well as adapted garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the beautiful summer days and extend the evenings for families or friends. Guest access The park is a haven of tranquility where everyone can enjoy at their own pace, whether it's to rest in the shade of the trees or having fun outdoors. Two swings, ping-pong tables, a badminton net, an XXL playhouse, a pétanque court… all guarantee a perfect stay with your children. The 10x5-meter swimming pool promises sweet moments of freshness on sunny days. Naturally heated by the sun, it can be supplemented by a heat pump depending on the weather. An extensive private parking lot is available inside the property, fully enclosed by a perimeter wall and secured by a gate, to park your vehicles in peace.
