The Barn The top floor comprises of a light and airy open plan living accommodation with lounge area with Smart TV, and comfy seating for 4 guests. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Log burner with logs, kindling, and firelighters provided. The kitchen is well equipped for your self catering needs, including cooker/grill, ceramic hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and utensils. Bedroom 1 - Double bed, drawers, hanging space, Velux window. Bedroom 2 - Twin beds, drawers, hanging space, Velux window. A hairdryer and luggage racks are provided. Family bathroom with jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Outdoor seating area, with rattan fire pit table and 4 chairs, and gas BBQ. There is ample parking outside the Barn. Pool & Steam Room Area The ground floor of the barn conversion is dedicated to a beautifully designed, private pool for exclusive sole use for guests, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The Highland Hideaway The Highland Hideaway is a beautifully hand-crafted shepherd’s hut set in a peaceful spot overlooking open fields, where you can watch the Highland cows grazing nearby. Designed as a private outdoor retreat to complement the barn, it offers a secluded space to relax and unwind throughout the day. Inside, the hut features cosy seating, a kitchenette with fridge, cooking facilities, and a shower room with WC, while outside you’ll find a sunbathing area, BBQ and dining space, fire pit, and a private hot tub. Farm & Surroundings The barn sits within the grounds of a working smallholding, where you may see the farm’s friendly Highland cattle grazing in nearby fields.
