No.30 Egremont is in a great position at the edge of The Western Lakes, with Dent Fell,Ulldale Forest and the Coast to Coast Path nearby. Ennerdale, Wasdale, Seascale and St.Bees are all within driving distance. The Cottage boasts beautiful views of Dent Fell. Whitehaven with its large supermarkets, a lovely harbour and cafe/restaurants is nearby. For hiking and walking Wasdale is a great place to start with breathtaking views, Wasdale Inn for a drink along with other lovely eateries closeby. The space All the rooms at No.30 are large and spacious with storage, the bathroom is situated on the first floor next to the bedrooms with a large shower. The kitchen is at the back of the cottage with two sinks, an air fryer, slow cooker and microwave aswell as a conventional oven and gas hob. There's plenty of room with the back door leading to the gated back yard. The dining room/living rooms are cosy, quiet and relaxing. The living room has a tv with BBCiplayer and Prime along with Channel 4, Channel 5, itvx plus other apps. Guest access The ground floor and first floor with two bedroom and bathroom are for guests. The second floor is private. Other things to note The cottage has on road parking, this is never an issue, as a general rule parking is always outside of the property. Entry to the property: a masterlock is to the right of the front door.
