Mountains, tranquility and the Longa right by the house: Our modern balcony apartment on the 2nd floor offers two bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a combined kitchen and living room, and a balcony for up to 6 people. After hiking, fishing, mountain biking, e-biking or skiing, you can relax in the communal sauna. Ski storage, ski boot racks and a free e-bike charging station are available. In the family-run restaurant, host Manuel serves regional cuisine – in the middle of the UNESCO Lungau Biosphere Reserve. The space The modern balcony apartment B is located on the second floor of the Longa Stubn. It offers couples, families and friends a comfortable base for active and relaxing vacation days in the Lungau region of Salzburg. Up to 6 people can be accommodated in 2 separate bedrooms and an additional sleeping arrangement in the living area. The available sleeping options also include a bunk bed. The open-concept living, cooking and dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and cozy evenings. Free WIFI is available in the apartment. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. The adjoining balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of the Lungau mountains. The unspoiled Longa flows directly by the house. The region can be explored by hiking, mountain biking or e-bike. You can charge your e-bikes free of charge at the charging station at the accommodation. After your excursions or a day on the Fanningberg, you can relax in the common sauna. Skis and other winter sports equipment can be stored in the ski cellar. A ski boot rack is available for ski boots. The family-run restaurant Longa Stubn is also located near the apartments. The in-house photovoltaic system contributes to a more sustainable power supply for the house. Guest access The entire apartment and the associated balcony are exclusively available to you during your stay. You can reach the first floor by stairs or conveniently by elevator. In addition, you can use the following common areas and services: – Free WiFi in the apartment – Shared sauna – shared ski cellar – Ski boot rack – free e-bike charging station – Parking at the accommodation – Access to the Longa and the outdoor area – Restaurant Longa Stubn during the respective opening hours The sauna and ski storage room are shared by the guests of the six apartments. Food and beverage in the restaurant are not included in the accommodation price. Other things to note Balcony apartment B belongs to an apartment building with a total of six units. The sauna, ski storage room and parts of the outdoor facilities are shared with other guests. The direct access to the Longa is a special nature experience, but it is not supervised. Children should always be accompanied by adults when near the water. After heavy rainfall, the water level and current of the mountain stream can increase. Fishing is allowed only in approved waters and with the required permits. Please inform yourself in advance about fishing licenses, closed seasons and local fishing regulations. The e-bike charging station is available to our guests free of charge. Please follow the instructions on site when using the facilities. Our restaurant is open seasonally. Please note the current opening hours. Weißpriach is located at about 1,100 meters in the middle of the UNESCO Biosphere Park Salzburger Lungau. In summer, you can discover the region while hiking, mountain biking, e-biking, fishing and on excursions to alpine pastures and mountain lakes. In winter, the Fanningberg, other Lungau ski resorts, winter hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails and snowshoeing tours are available. Mariapfarr, Tamsweg, the historic St. Rupert church, and the pilgrimage sites of Lungau are also interesting destinations for cultural and pilgrimage trips.
