The space A retreat with a unique character At the end of a short path, in a completely secluded location, stands the old mill – nestled in nature, surrounded by tranquility. A place that almost feels like a little island, far from the usual. Inside, a special atmosphere awaits you: warm materials, carefully selected pieces in boho and ethnic styles, soft colors, and details that give the house its own character. Nothing seems coincidental – and yet everything is relaxed. On cooler days, the fireplace makes the house the focal point – a place for warmth, tranquility, and long evenings. Here, the day naturally slows down all by itself. Cooking together, long conversations at the big table, and a sauna in between. Sitting outside in the warm water in the evening, looking up at the starry sky, and just enjoying the moment. In the morning, nothing but nature – and, with a bit of luck, a view of passing wildlife. The house is perfect for small groups looking for something special: quiet bachelorette or bachelor parties, getaways with friends, or time with loved ones. No hustle and bustle, no loud parties – just quality, peace, and genuine togetherness. A place for those who don't just want to stay somewhere – but want to arrive with purpose. Guest access The house has its own entrance; right outside the front door (by the pond in the idyllic courtyard) there is a seating area for cozy evenings. There are quiet spots throughout the property, for example in the park-like garden, as well as a fire pit with a grill grate. Other things to note Non-smoking house. Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along. No party location. Use of the hot tub is optional, so each guest only pays for what they actually use. We need about 5 hours for preparation. We charge 100 euros for this service. Note on the use of the accommodation: The booking includes the private use of the property for recreational and residential purposes. Any commercial or business use (e.g., for photo or video shoots, social media content, workshops, classes, or events) is generally possible, but always requires prior consultation with us and a separate agreement. This also applies to unpaid collaborations, influencer content, or publications with significant reach. Without proper coordination, only private use is permitted! Only the guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Visitors, customers, meetings or other persons are only allowed with prior written consent via Airbnb. Unregistered overnight guests will result in a booking change, additional costs, or cancellation due to violation of the house rules.
