I offer a large bedroom on the 2nd floor of my house, located close to the city center and the train station, and in a quiet, green setting. The bedroom, measuring approximately 20 m², has: - a 140 X 190 bed with bedside tables and electrical outlets - a single bed 90x190 - A table that can be used as a desk and a dining table - a wardrobe with hanging and shelves - A shelf and/or small dresser - three Chairs - smart TV -... - Option to add - a travel cot for a child The space The second floor has 4 bedrooms, all available for short-term rentals. The shared entrance is located on the ground floor. I live on the 2nd floor. The 4 guest rooms are located on the second floor. Also on this level are 4 different shared areas: kitchenette, shower, bathroom, and toilet. The kitchenette is well equipped (fridge + freezer, oven & microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.) Numerous shared amenities available: - washing machine - dryer - iron - WiFi -... Guest access The Villa des Ecureuils is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac at 22 Rue Roger Siblot (and not at 23!!!) And since this isn't the only cul-de-sac on the street, you can identify the correct cul-de-sac by looking for the sign on the right and at the entrance to this cul-de-sac, which shows house numbers 20 and 22!
