A short and safe walk to all the bars, restaurants and the beach. There is a 55" flat screen with an amazon fire stick, high speed internet for those tired nights or rainy afternoons. Also, we have some beach blankets , towels and cooler for you to enjoy! The space A cute spacious 3 bedroom casa on a residential street near Esperanza beach and Sunbay. There is a functioning outdoor shower on the left side of the house. Cold water only, however hot water is available in the indoor shower and both interior sinks. There is an electric wok, cooktop stove, dinner plates, bowls, mugs, utensils, pots and pans to cook. Ironing board, iron and a hair dryer . We have some books and a few board games if the family gets bored. Also DVD's/player and fire stick. Heading to the beach? We have beach towels, a cooler and a beach blanket . Beds are all new memory foam comfortable mattresses. There is an out door patio bar with extra bathroom out back. Guest access The entire property is open to guests. There are banana trees, and avocado trees. Feel free to help yourself to some fresh fruit if it’s ripe for the picking! Other things to note Sorry no loud late night partying!
