Blankenborn Log Cabin | A Nature Getaway

Treat yourself to a break from everyday life and immerse yourself in the beautiful nature of the Palatinate Forest! Our cozy log cabin is idyllically located on the edge of the forest near Blankenborn – very close to the historic spa town of Bad Bergzabern. The comfortable living area and the south-facing terrace with outdoor seating offer a fantastic view and invite you to relax and enjoy. In the two separate bedrooms, you will find relaxing retreats, each with a comfortable double bed. The space The vacation home is located in the midst of unspoiled nature, in an area completely free of traffic on the edge of the Palatinate Forest Nature Park. This comfortable vacation home, built using a timber-frame construction, is ideally suited for two to a maximum of four people to feel at home and relax. You can relax wonderfully in a rustic atmosphere after an eventful day. The open fireplace and the wonderful patio offer the opportunity to do this. As an alternative to the fireplace, the house can be comfortably heated via a modern and easy-to-use pellet stove. The log cabin is fully equipped; the basement room offers a dry and secure storage space for bicycles or hiking equipment. Cell service is very good (5G); even video conferences can be held here. Guest access The entire house, including the patio and dry basement room, is at our guests' disposal. The meadow across the way, with additional seating, is also available and invites you to linger. Other things to note We would like to point out that this is a log cabin located on the edge of the forest. The access is via a paved and very easily passable forest road. You will automatically receive illustrated directions or a map showing how to get there before your arrival. The house of course has hot water. Since the garbage collection does not drive directly to the log cabin, garbage cans (paper/residual garbage) are available for our guests on the access road. The heating sources are the fireplace and a modern pellet stove. In addition, there are electric radiators in both bedrooms; the bathroom also has electric heating.
