Guesthouse in Takura

G’day, welcome to Takura Cottage On The Hill, where you can soak up those stunning panoramic views! Imagine the peaceful country atmosphere, with tree tops and the ocean stretching out to meet you from K’gari Island all the way to Burrum Heads. Picture yourself in this cosy, rustic cottage, and unwind in your private, fully fenced garden, where your furry friend is welcome to join you. The space The cabin has a spacious 1 x bedroom withe queen size bed. For extra guests, a double sofa bed is available in the lounge area. Guest access As you enter the white gate, park your car just outside of the green shed on the right hand side. (Guest/Visitor Parking sign will be in place). Walk through the walkway along the left side of the shed. Enter the steel gate into the enclosed dog yard and to your right is the Cottage. You will see the locked key box at the right side of the entrance door. Enter the code to access the keys. Enjoy your stay. Other things to note Takura Cottage is only 15-20 minutes drive to Hervey Bay Boat Harbour for your whale watching needs, golf courses and beaches nearby. Also, 25 minutes drive to SeaLink K’gari Ticket office at River Heads if you want to explore K’gari Island. Why not unwind and recharge after a fantastic day of whale watching and exploring K’gari Island, or when you’re ready to escape the stresses of work? Plus, you’ll get to enjoy feeding a range of birds that often visit the cottage every day at 3pm.
