Welcome to Zaira Homes – a thoughtfully designed space where comfort meets convenience. Set on the first floor of an independent building right on the highway, Zaira Homes also features a cafe on the ground floor which can address your coffee and dessert cravings. The apartment can accommodate 5 guests and has a fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator. Public Transport is easily available, swiggy/zomato/blinkit - all kinds of delivery apps work in the locality. The space The apartment features two bedrooms - one having a queen sized bed, and the second one having a queen sized + single bed which can accommodate 5 guests comfortably. The dining area has a dining table and the kitchen is fully functional with an induction, basic utensils and refrigerator. There is ONLY ONE bathroom in the dining hall which has a geyser. The property is located on the highway so it can be a bit noisy at night due as trucks ply on the highway. However this is also an advantage as transport is easily available it being the highway and NJP station/Bagdogra Airport both are at convenient distances being 15 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. We do not have parking space within the premises. However, there is enough space for street parking. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment throughout the day and the main gates are closed around 11:30PM but any exceptional situation can be informed early and the host shall make arrangements to open/close the gates at night. Other things to note 1. The highway can get noisy at night due to trucks. 2. Main entrance closes around 11PM. Please inform us of any exceptional situation. 3. We do not provide any Indian Meals. Swiggy/Zomato works in the area and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. We also have a cafe in the ground floor. 4. Breakfast can be pre-ordered on the previous night and is prepared only on request. 5. There is no dedicated parking area. However there is enough space in front of the building for open parking.
