Other things to note ■ Lost Items We're unable to ship any items left behind, so please make sure to check carefully for your belongings before leaving. If something is left behind, you'll need to return to the property in person to retrieve it. ■ Check-in / Check-out Timing If check-in or check-out occurs 15 minutes or more outside the scheduled time, a fee of 2,000 yen will apply for every 15 minutes. ・If you have not checked out by 12:00 PM, a full day's accommodation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. If any schedule adjustments are necessary, please be sure to contact us in advance. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a comfortable experience for all our guests. ■ Trash Disposal Trash will be collected after check-out, so please sort it and leave it inside the room. If you need trash collected during your stay, this can be arranged for a fee of 5,000 yen. ■ Special Item Disposal Fees If disposing of certain items requires an additional cost, we may charge a corresponding disposal fee. Suitcases cost 10,000 yen to dispose of. For any other items, the actual cost incurred will be charged. ■The entire space, including the balcony, is non-smoking.
