The house offers beautiful interior spaces with a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and practical areas for a smooth stay with family or friends. Each room has been designed to allow you to enjoy the house to the fullest, with a balance between indoor comfort and the pleasant outdoor lifestyle. Outside, guests have a covered terrace, a dining area with a barbecue and plancha, a pleasant garden, a private hot tub available all year round, and a heated pool from May to September, depending on the weather conditions. The villa, pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces are entirely for guests' use. La Bastide enjoys an ideal location in Veynes, in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes, between the Southern Alps, the Baronnies Provençales and the Provençal light. A few minutes away, the Iscles lake allows you to enjoy swimming, recreation and Accrolac Aventures. The Veynes market, every Thursday morning, adds a nice local touch to the stay. Nature lovers can discover the Gorges d'Agnielles, the via ferrata, hiking, mountain biking, the Orpierre cliffs, the Céüse site, Dévoluy, and the great landscapes of the Baronnies Provençales. In winter, the resorts of SuperDévoluy and La Joue du Loup offer great access to the pleasures of the mountains, skiing and snowshoeing. Other things to note For everyone's comfort and peace of mind, we would like to draw the attention of guests to the fact that the pool, private hot tub and outdoor spaces are not supervised. Children, as well as vulnerable individuals or those requiring special attention, remain under the constant supervision and full responsibility of the adults accompanying them. Access to the pool, spa and outdoor areas must therefore be done with caution, discernment and the active presence of an adult.
