Holiday apartment in former count's forest house

The house has been renovated and lovingly furnished in 2016. The apartment is modern and bright with 140 box spring bed, 140 sofa bed, SATELLITE TV, kitchenette (microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, toaster, coffee maker), small dining area, large daylight bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, spacious hallway. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet location with great views over meadows and fields. Balcony outside. Breakfast can be provided on request (15€/adults), 8€/child 3 to 9 yrs). The space My place is on the outskirts overlooking meadows and fields. Nearby are the volcano bike path, the Boniface route and the Way of St. James. Restaurants, shops and discount stores within walking distance. Herbstein has a small thermal spa. Sauna, a walk-in city wall, various restaurants, ice cream parlour, fast night museum, a beautiful market square with half-timbered houses and an atmosphere of relaxation. Schloß Eisenbach, the "Wartburg Oberhessens" is worth a trip. For shopping, the baroque city of Fulda with its imposing city castle and the cathedral is ideal for shopping. Our local mountain, the Hoherodskopf, has, among other things, summer toboggan run, treetop path, mountain bike trails, hiking trails, etc. Herbstein is always worth a trip. Here you can relax wonderfully. Guest access I offer a very cozy guest lounge with various seating, games and books. Balcony on the same level can be used, great view! In addition, a converted barn with large kitchen (extra fee). Of course, the lovingly landscaped garden with lawn, barbecue area, fountain and barefoot path can also be used. Direct access to a small playground. The bicycle garage is also available to my guests for free. NEW - delicious premium ice cream from the Rhön. For self-catering there is "delicious food in the glass" (also vegan/vegetarian), which only needs to be heated quickly in the microwave. Tasting is worth it. During your stay I am always reachable to my guests, but also leave them their space. Other things to note There are two mugs in my household, but they do not access the guest rooms. Prices higher in high season (Easter, summer and winter holidays).
