Whether you're visiting for long walks, cosy pubs or simply some peaceful time away, the house offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together The space The house is bright, comfortable and perfect for relaxing or socialising after a day exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. There is plenty of space for everyone, with two welcoming lounge areas, with smart TV and comfy sofas, one of which overlooks the garden, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. A large dining area with a generous table is perfect for family meals, board games and fun evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including an American fridge freezer, microwave and Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, along with an additional breakfast table for relaxed mornings. You’ll also find a separate utility room with washing facilities to make longer stays comfortable and convenient. Step outside and enjoy the large private garden and patio, perfect for outdoor dining, children playing on the lawn, or simply relaxing with your morning coffee. There is also a coal BBQ, ideal for warm summer evenings. The Games Room One of the highlights of the property is the garden games room, complete with a pool table and games, making it a fantastic space for both adults and children to enjoy. Whether you're winding down after a day exploring or keeping everyone entertained on a rainy afternoon, it’s a great place for a little friendly competition. The Bedrooms The property comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across four bedrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups travelling together. • Master bedroom – King bed with an additional child’s bed and a large ensuite shower room • Single bedroom – With a bedside table and wardrobe space. There is no window. • Ground floor king bedroom – Spacious with bedside tables and hanging space • Ground floor double bedroom – Comfortable and bright with bedside tables and lamps There are two additional shower rooms downstairs, both with WC and sink. Each bedroom is prepared with comfortable beds and fresh linen to ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day exploring the local area. An EV charging point This is available at the property for guests who require it. Guests will need to bring their own charging cable. If you would like to use the EV charger during your stay, please let us know before arrival or at any time during your stay so we can arrange access.
