Beds made and towels provided. Closed private garage for a car or motorcycle. Motorcyclists welcome 🏍️ A house renovated with love by a family ❤️ The space On the ground floor, discover a warm atmosphere full of character with our Le Marais universe, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a first bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed and a walk-in shower room. The toilet is separate. Upstairs, the atmosphere changes with our Cabin bedroom, inspired by the Opal Coast, also equipped with a 160 × 200 cm bed. Two real sleeping areas so everyone can enjoy their stay at their own pace. On sunny days, the south-facing terrace awaits you for a coffee, a meal, or simply a quiet moment. The house is air-conditioned and also has a pellet stove for more relaxing stays. Are you coming for work? Fiber, desk, self check-in and private garage make it easy to travel and work comfortably. After the day, you find a real house rather than just a hotel room. Are you coming with your family? A baby bed, baby equipment, and small touches are provided to simplify the stay of young parents. And because even your car deserves comfort 😄, a private garage is available for your use. For larger vehicles, covered parking can also be provided upon request and subject to availability. La Rosie is located in a quiet environment, with convenient access to Saint-Omer and the main roads of the region. Here, there is no standardized decoration or a soulless house. We designed each room, chose the colors, and renovated this house little by little, as a family. La Rosie is a little bit of us... and, during your stay, a little bit of home. ❤️ We place great importance on preparing La Rosie before each stay, so that you find a clean, welcoming house ready to welcome you. Guest access You can enjoy the whole of La Rosie in complete independence: the house, the terrace and the private garage are entirely reserved for you. No indoor space is shared. Check-in can be done independently using the lockbox, so you can settle in peacefully according to your schedule. Other things to note La Rosie accommodates up to 4 guests. Parties and other events are not permitted, and no pets are allowed. For families with young children, a folding crib can be provided. If your vehicle is too high or too large to enter the garage, a parking solution in a hangar can also be offered on request, by appointment, subject to availability and with an additional charge.
