SacroFanum is a villa with swimming pool, ideal for five people located in a panoramic position from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Valdichiana and the nearby medieval village of Scrofiano. The villa is in perfect Tuscan style, surrounded by olive groves and oak woods. The environment is equipped with everything you need to stay and relax, a few kilometers away is the Valdorcia, Chianti and the cities of Montepulciano, Cortona, Siena, Pienza and Florence. The space The villa has two floors and consists of two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom, a mezzanine with a single bed, a large living room with kitchen, large dining table and sofà with fireplace, two bathrooms with shower, a laundry area and a large olive garden with a panoramic swimming pool in the center. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. From the terrace, while enjoying a good bottle of wine or having a meal, you can enjoy the view of the Valdichiana and the nearby medieval village of Scrofiano. Immersed in the greenery, the Villa enjoys an olive grove of about one hectare where it is possible, thanks to marked paths, to take long walks among the olive trees, fig groves, apple and plum trees. The villa is accessed through a gate where there is also a convenient private parking for two cars. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the whole property. Upon arrival the guests will receive the keys of the Villa and gate. During the guests' stay the owners will have to access the garden and the swimming pool for maintenance. In November there will be the olive harvest, an opportunity for guests to witness the birth of the famous Tuscan extra virgin olive oil:) Other things to note The panoramic position over Valdichiana is without doubt the most important thing. It is the ideal starting point from which you can reach the most beautiful and most famous places in Tuscany or all the services such as supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers that are located in the nearby Sinalunga.
