The space On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan space that includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, stove, and oven) with a comfortable dining area. Continuing on, you enter the living area, where a striking natural feature makes the space unique: a majestic oak tree, incorporated into the interior of the house, welcomes guests, along with a bookcase, a comfortable sofa, and a cozy fireplace, creating an intimate and special atmosphere. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, a twin bed, and an additional sleeping space in the loft, making it ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is also located on the same floor. Guest access You can access the house on foot, via a short, picturesque path through the woods that runs alongside our chicken coop, providing an immersive experience in nature right from the start. The area around the house is available for use. At the back, there is a small relaxation area with a wooden bench and a hammock, perfect for moments of tranquility. The outdoor spaces are also ideal for having lunch or dinner al fresco, and use of the barbecue is available upon request. Other things to note Pets are welcome! However, it is important to bear in mind that the house is surrounded by woodland, which is the natural habitat of native wildlife such as roe deer, foxes, and wild boar. For this reason, we ask owners to know their pets well and to supervise them carefully, especially in their own interest, to prevent them from wandering off or running away.
