Located in the leafy suburb of Alphington, you'll be surrounded by some of Melbourne's most beautiful outdoor spaces. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the home. Other things to note PETS We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $100 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal after booking is confirmed. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, pets must be kept off all furniture and beds. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
