Cozy old house by Piteälven!

The house is close to road 374. Approximately 3 km from central Älvsbyn. The house is located by the beautiful Pite river, which is one of Sweden's national rivers. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and there is also a lovely evening sun to enjoy. Timrad wood-fired sauna by the river and bathing facilities are available by agreement with the hosts. Cozy accommodation right by the river with old charm. The space Cozy old house which has a lot of charm. Kitchen, toilet, 1 bedroom is downstairs. Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom with 2 beds. Small deck is on the front of the house with a lovely afternoon and evening sun. Barbecue area is close by where you can sit and look out over the piteå river. Other things to note There is a 1st folding bed- (tent bed) to set if needed. Upstairs there is no guardrail on one side of the stairwell.(toddlers can fall down there) There is no fireplace protection for toddlers.
