Kika's Country House with Field Views | Sleeps 5/6

Our house is next to a cattle and equestrian farm about 20 minutes to Winchester & Salisbury. Recently modernised, the house which is a bright and spacious countryside home overlooking open fields in the peaceful village of Grateley. Our house sleeps 5/6 guests with three bedrooms (queen, twin and single with extra bed), a lovely living/dining room, a galley style fully equipped kitchen and a small cinema room. The garden is gorgeous and spacious with plenty of room for children, drinks. The space A bright and spacious countryside home overlooking open fields in the peaceful village of Grateley. The property has great light in all rooms and has a south facing patio, not over-looked and is private. The lane is a no-through road and thus very quiet and peaceful with views across open fields, often with cattle. The driveway is private and can take up to six cars. The house sleeps up to 6 guests with three bedrooms (double, twin and single with extra bed), a comfortable living/dining room and a separate galley style fully equipped kitchen. One family bathroom plus a downstairs WC. There is a TV room separate to main living area with a 65" TV. We have reliable wifi for a country property. Completely refurbished in 2021, the house is warm, well insulated and cozy. Kika's was originally part of the old estate and built by the local village historian which we bought and fully modernised in 2021. It has gorgeous views over fields, tastefully decorated and utterly tranquil. We're also coffee fiends so you'll find Italian moka machines and nespresso - for those that prefer not to wait. We often grind our own blends so sometimes you'll find these in the house to try when we have a new batch! If you're a family, a bridal party or simply love walking and beautiful small towns Kika's is perfect. There's masses to do and we're a few minutes to lovely town of Stockbridge, and of course Stonehenge. For the more adventurous there's Thruxton Race Track 15 minutes away and Middle Wallop Glider School. We no longer accept pets to ensure that our home stays clean and well maintained. There is a large family bathroom plus a downstairs WC. We have a small orchard of 7/8 Apple trees and you are welcome to take Apples when ripe. We often give excess away to villagers, so do help yourself. The Plough Inn, is a good local pub and is a short walk away. They also do good takeaways. Guest access You will have the garden to yourself and there's a fabulous patio with table, chairs which is south facing so lots of sun, and perfect for morning coffees watching the sun rise, if you're an early riser. There's plenty of place for children to run around as well. We have a firepit on the old beech tree stump by the field which is ideally for watching the sun go down with a drink. The house is also perfect for wedding staging for bridal parties - with a number of wedding venues nearby. Other things to note We'd love for you to stay in a our home and if you're after something to relax, share time with friends or family with lovely views in a fantastic location - then this IS definitely the place!
