There are 4 bedrooms with the following layout: • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Single Bed (with private bathroom) • Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds (with private bathroom) • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Single Bed (with private bathroom) • Bedroom 4 (Ground Floor): 2 Single Beds Bedroom 1–3 each come with their own private attached bathroom, while Bedroom 4 uses a separate bathroom located near the kitchen. All bathrooms are equipped with water heaters for your comfort. Feel free to enjoy all the provided facilities such as the karaoke system, mahjong, games, and kids’ play corner 🎉 The kitchen is available for light cooking only (induction cooker provided). 🚫 Heavy cooking is not allowed to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Kindly note that some storage areas may be restricted. CCTV is installed at the car porch area only for security purposes. Your privacy inside the house is fully respected. Other things to note ★ Strictly no smoking in the unit (RM 200 will be fined if there is any cigarette butt found or smell) 屋内严禁吸烟（如有烟头或烟味将罚款RM200） ★ This house is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood so please keep the noise level low AFTER 10 pm. ★ FAQ ★ 🚭 No smoking inside the house, fine RM200 if smoke/vape smell found inside the house 🔇 No noise after 10pm 🚫 No Shoes inside the house ♨️ Kitchen is for light cooking 🚫🐇🐩🐈🐕No PETs 🚫No Stickers on the wall 🚫 Full compensation needed if any damages were found Q : Do we allow party/event at your house? A: Yes, but please be considerate by lowering the noise level after 10pm and throw away the food residue to dustbin outside the house. A: Subject to availability and with T&C applied (Excluding peak season and public holidays). Late check-out is subjected to an additional charge of RM25/ hour. Extension of your stay or late check-out will be ensured subject to the room availability.
