Sloped roofs, expansive balconies, and panoramic glazing frame the surrounding snow clad mountains and valley views. The space King Suite at Hamta 270° is a large premium room with a balcony of total accommodation area of 630 sq ft. Suite & balcony provides stunning views of high mountain slopes, snow peaks and valley below. These suite is furnished with a kingsize bed, premium linen, hot & cold AC, writing desk, sitting space with sofa & centre table, wardrobe, luggage rack, kitchenette with tea/ coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, safety locker and a modern washroom with a shower cubicle, 24 hrs hot & cold water and luxury bath amenities. Sofa cum bed available in suite makes stay for your kids or any adult family member comfortable, however please do check charges applicable for extra guests. Suite's balcony has an outdoor jacuzzi spa tub and large sofa chairs for your relaxation. A common lounge what we call GupShup room, indoor game room, cafe are other facilities available. Guest access You have King Suite with attached balcony & outdoor jacuzzi spa bath available for your personal use. Other areas available are GupShup room, indoor game room and cafe. Other things to note It's beautiful, wonderful & stunning, a very different experience. We assure you to have a very relaxed, peaceful and a memorable holiday. All rooms are non smoking and you may use the garden, balcony to enjoy your smoke. Stag bookings, loud music, dance party not entertained and not allowed. Hamta 270° is high up in mountains and the last 7 kms of road leading to property is a steep climb, winding and rough. Since property is built on a steep mountain slope, parking has to be done on the road only. The property has stairs only for access. Bookers need to be physically fit to climb flights of stairs and the property is not recommended for people with walking issues. Couples with small children also need to be a little careful with there kids. We donot have facility to accommodate helpers, driver or maid. Female maid if required may be accommodated in your own room at an extra cost. Stay or meals for you helpers or drivers can be organised by us in nearby property at a cost paid by you.
