Rustic Haven- near Klarälvsbanan & Swimming area

Welcome to the west facing apartment of the Rustic Haven house! Relax and enjoy your own fully equipped private apartment with a full bathroom, newly renovated kitchenette, Chromecast TV, a grass patio and beautiful views of the yard and nearby forest, which sets a calming tone for your stay. We provide bedding, towels and some firewood. Breakfast is available for 130 SEK per person which will be delivered to your door at the time you request between 7-9:30am. The space Rustic haven is a unique apartment with a bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchenette containing a sink, mini fridge, 2 burner stove, oven and coffee maker. It is close to town but still feels like your away and in nature with it’s views of the surrounding forest and wildlife. At certain times you can even enjoy watching our sheep graze. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire apartment, front yard and backyard space that is allocated to the apartment. A charchol BBQ can be set up upon request. Other things to note Please be aware the hot water tank holds about 15 minutes of continuous hot water, when emptied the tank will reheat a fresh supply within an hour or so. Also please note the only source of heating is the fire place. I am happy to lite it up before you arrive, if you’d like. Please request this at the time of your booking. Some firewood is provided additional wood costs 80 SEK per bundle. Please be aware early check-in and late check-out will be charged 150SEK per hour. Breakfast and firewood will be billed through Airbnb or cash - the payment must be completed at the time you make your order.
