Spacious vacation home for up to 8 people, in a very quiet location, with a large, park-like garden and a fantastic view of Lake Attersee. Surrounded by nature, right by hiking trails, away from the hustle and bustle, but only 3 km (1.9 miles) from the lake. Some of the bedrooms have a lake view and a balcony. Separate living room with large corner sofa, separate kitchen. Sunroom, spacious terrace. Bicycle storage. Pets are welcome. A tourist tax of €2.40 per adult (over 14 years old) per night must be paid in cash. The space The house was built in the 1950s and has been used and maintained as a weekend and vacation home ever since. We try to preserve this old-world charm – while also offering modern comforts. For example, in recent years, two completely new bathrooms have been fitted out. The entire house and the surrounding, park-like, 3,000 m² garden are at our guests’ disposal. The house has three double rooms and two single rooms, four of them with a lake view, two with a balcony. Highlights include the large, rustic corner bench in the separate living room, which invites you to sit together, the small conservatory with a view for cooler days, and the spacious outdoor areas. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house, a 3,000 m² property, and a small, lockable garage for bicycles or motorcycles. Parking at the house for up to three cars Other things to note We would be happy if you bring your four-legged friend! Thanks to its location in the heart of the countryside, with plenty of walking options right outside the front door, our house is ideal for dog owners. However, please be aware that our property is not fenced and that you must ensure that the dog does not run to the neighbors unsupervised! So, please use a leash if necessary. Our guests enjoy the quiet location of the house – and so do our neighbors. Please refrain from making noise and playing loud music outdoors.
