Nice cottage 2 km from the beaches of Deauville/Trouville

Nice refurbished cottage with all the comforts, located in a farmhouse (but independent). Ideal place to enjoy the calm of the countryside near the beaches of Deauville and Trouville (2 km) and the racecourse and equestrian center (PIC). We can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to a sofa bed. We provide bikes (bike path), a large trampoline for children and a swing set. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. Optional linens, see below: The space We are located in a very green and very quiet area in the immediate vicinity of Deauville/Trouville. 2 km from the center of Deauville (Place Morny) and 3 km from the beach. The racecourse is right next door, the equestrian center (international horse center) is 800 meters away. Bikes available, trampoline and swing for kids. Linens are optional, you can bring your own or rent them from me (€10/sheet/person and €5/towel). There is a €10 surcharge for renting for one night only. The €50 cleaning fee is mandatory if pets are present. I accept the presence of pets, after a prior request. Electric charges are extra, €0.30/kilo/watt, the cottage will be heated for your arrival. Guest access The cottage is independent and all parts are accessible for guests. Other things to note Linens are optional, you can bring your own or rent them from me (€15/double bed, €10/single bed and €5/towels). There is an extra charge of €10 for renting for a single night. The €50 cleaning fee is mandatory for pets and 5+ guests. I accept the presence of pets, upon prior request. Electricity charges are extra, according to meter reading (€0.30/kilo/watt).
