The space The apartment spans the upper floor of a quiet residential building in Heimberg. The open living area features a large sectional sofa, coffee table, Smart TV and a full-width electric fireplace set into a striking feature wall, with LED architectural ceiling lighting throughout. Three bedrooms each have a unique character, warm taupe, teal and terracotta textured accent walls, with queen beds and quality bedding. The master bedroom also has a dedicated Smart TV. The sofa in the living area converts to an additional bed, comfortably sleeping a total of 8 guests. The bathroom features a ceiling rain shower, heated towel rail and floating vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Miele oven, microwave, fridge, Bora induction cooktop, Nespresso machine and air fryer. The dining table seats 6 with additional bench seating. A private balcony off the living room offers views of the Bernese Alps. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment including all three bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and private balcony. Free private parking is available directly in front of the building for the duration of your stay. The lockbox and building entrance are for guest use only. Access codes will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Other things to note The apartment is newly finished and freshly renovated throughout. All appliances, furnishings and finishes are brand new. Please note the balcony currently does not have outdoor furniture. This is being arranged and will be updated shortly. The building is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours, particularly after 22:00. The apartment is on the upper floor. There is no lift, please be aware if you have mobility requirements. Washer and dryer are available on request. Please message us in advance if required. Please note the host lives on the ground floor of the same building and is available in person if needed.
