The space Welcome to La Tanière des Grandes Bruyères, a cozy cottage located in the heart of Sologne, in a preserved natural environment surrounded by forests, ponds, and walking trails. On sunny days, a heated pool, shared with the owners, is available for your use. This carefully renovated house offers a peaceful and comfortable setting, ideal for a stay for couples, families, or groups of friends. The house has been completely renovated in a natural and welcoming style, combining authentic materials with modern comfort. There you will find: - A beautiful, bright living room with a fitted kitchen - Three comfortable bedrooms (one double bed per bedroom) - Two bathrooms with large shower, vanity and toilet - an outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days - A heated swimming pool open from June to September from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., shared with the owners All in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Important: - The house does not have a separate living room: the main room is arranged around a large dining area. - The accommodation, ideal for 4 people, is designed for a maximum of 6 people. Surrounding area: Sologne is renowned for its forests, ponds, and wildlife. From the house, you can enjoy: - forest walks - Nature watching - Plenty of bike routes. The cottage is also located in the heart of Sologne, close to Lamotte-Beuvron and the Federal Equestrian Park, making it an ideal base for visitors to equestrian events. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage as well as the private terrace located in front of the house. The property covers about 12 hectares, including a beautiful pond, ideal for walks. The owners live in the house located close to the cottage, while respecting the guests’ independence. From June to September, a heated swimming pool located on the property can be used. It's shared with the owners. Other things to note The main room of the cottage is arranged around the kitchen and dining area; there is no separate living room. The property can accommodate up to 6 people but is particularly suitable for 4 to 5 guests. From June to September, a heated swimming pool located on the property is available for use. It is shared with the owners, and usage times can be arranged. For safety reasons, there are security cameras located outside the property (at the entrance and in the surrounding area). They don't film the inside of the unit. Dogs can be accepted upon request. As the property is not fully fenced, it is recommended to keep them on a lead. Final cleaning is included in the stay. We simply ask guests to leave the accommodation in a state of normal use (sheets removed, dishes done, and trash cans taken out).
