A modern and peaceful apartment just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Prešov and Prešov University. Ideal accommodation for couples, students, business travellers and families with children. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and coffee, a washing machine with a dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a children's playground near the house, and upon request, we can provide a cot and a small children's play area free of charge. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there is no lift. There is a cosy bedroom, a living room with seating and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is suitable for couples, individuals, business travellers and families with children. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, which provides privacy and comfort throughout their stay. Check-in is done in person so we can welcome you and hand over the keys. We kindly ask guests to let us know their approximate arrival time in advance. Guests can check in free of charge between 3:00 pm and 5:59 pm. A €10 fee applies for check-in between 6:00 pm and 7:59 pm. A fee of €20 is charged for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 9:59 pm. A €30 fee applies for arrivals after 10:00 pm. Check-out is until 10am. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no lift. Parking is available near the house for a fee of €4 per day on weekdays; on weekends and public holidays, parking is free. If you would like parking, please let us know in advance. There is also a children's playground near the house. Upon request, we can set up a cot and a small children's play area for families with children free of charge.
