This traditional country house, built by the Edwardian architect Harrison-Townsend, is located in 163 sq miles of protected heathland and forest across the Surrey Hills & borders the picturesque Blackheath Cricket Club. This house sleeps up to 9 people with 4 bedrooms (all with double beds or larger) and 3 bathrooms upstairs. The Chalon Kitchen is fully-equipped & features a red pillarbox 4-oven Aga, Utility Room & an adjoining Conservatory with views of the garden and cricket pitch. Enjoy a movie night in the Living Room with its open fireplace & 55" Smart TV or the Snug room, both have Sky and Netflix. The house stays warm in the winter with radiators and wood burning stoves but remains cool in the summer. Entertain guests in the Dining Room with its impressive open fireplace or try al fresco dining or the giant Green Egg BBQ in warmer weather on the garden patio under the retractable awning.
