The space Welcome to this large family home full of charm, designed for warm and friendly stays for families or groups of friends. ---------------------------- From the entrance, you discover a welcoming space that opens to a dining room equipped with a TV, a wood insert and a table, ideal for sharing good times in any season. The kitchen, fully equipped and functional, offers direct access to the garden to enjoy the Normandy sun! On the ground floor you will find a toilet, a space for our animal friends (sleeping and bowls available). Also on the ground floor an amazing games room for everyone to enjoy: billiards, arcade terminal, foosball, mini bar, darts and Bluetooth speaker with direct access to the garden. Upstairs, the house offers several comfortable sleeping areas: A bedroom with a double bed (160cm) A large bedroom with double bed (160cm), sofa bed (140cm), bunk bed (3x90) and small dressing room A 3rd bedroom with several beds (1 bed 140 cm - 1 sofa bed (140 cm) and 2 beds (90 cm) Two bathrooms are upstairs, as well as an iron and ironing board. A baby mat is also available for infants. -----------------------------------------------------------------For your comfort, bath towels, bed linen, shower gel and shampoo are provided. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Outside, a beautiful furnished terrace awaits you with table, sunbathing, barbecue. (side table available). You can find a clothesline in the cabin at the back of the garden. Hospitality products are available upon arrival: coffee (Bosch Massimo pod in quantity adapted to the number of guests), sugars and some sweets to start your stay. A welcome booklet and a Services and Activities booklet can be found in the cottage. A concierge is also available for any concerns in the cottage or outside the cottage. Ideal place to meet, relax and enjoy your getaway near Mont-Saint-Michel. Guest access You have access to the whole house.
