Brand new apartment located in a quiet area, but a few minutes' walk from all services. The apartment is all on the ground floor, consists of a veranda, living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has outdoor spaces where you can dine or simply relax in the sun with a drink. Wi-Fi access throughout the house. Linen is not included, but for an extra €30 (40 in the case of a fifth person) we will take care of providing sheets and towels. Other things to note As for the electricity costs, we have decided that a meter reading will be taken upon guests' arrival and departure. This will allow our guests to pay only what will actually be consumed during their stay, thus encouraging them not to waste energy unnecessarily.
