Characteristic of the 16th century Beirã current architecture, the stone cabinet embedded in the wall of this room invokes the antiquity of the property. Enjoy the stay in the room where you can still sit on the valentine's stools by the window. The room has a double bed, towel support, chair and dresser. We will not lie: it's hot in summer and cold in winter - we do our best to deliver a genuine sawing experience! The space This is the pop-heart house of the mountain! All bedrooms have a private bathroom. Located in a territory particularly affected by the consequences of climate change, namely by periods of extreme drought and the stiffness of large annual thermal amplitudes, with very strict winters and very hot summers; we call on our guests to exercise a balanced use of water. Used toilet paper and other garbage must be poured into the container available in the toilet. Bedding and bath towels, face and bidet are also provided. Guest access In the oldest block we can see the space division of the original architecture, with the upper floors dedicated to the dwelling and, on the ground floor, the store transformed into the common space of the house. Here the kitchen works and also the living room where you can delight in our music collection, board games and library (ask help to learn how to put music: don't do it yourself, under penalty of being held responsible for any damage). While walking to the upper floors, we found the outer courtyard, where we meet our canine inhabitants, Toro and Pantera, and Puma, the most purring cat in the region. In the old attic you find a perfect area for the practice of yoga, meditation, pure conversation and contemplation of the skyline and the beautiful sunset that the house offers before winter. In the kitchen of the house there is only one authorized cook: an Italian with masterchef hands, Dutch discipline and Portuguese relaxation. Mainly eat Italian food with Portuguese ingredients (although the pasta, sorry for the pasta, must be Italian!!!). Bebe-se Portuguese wine, which by itself speaks with excellence. To eat in the house, you'll need to book in advance (for Davide to arrange the menu and the chef's counter!) During your stay During the stay you can contact us directly (we live in the mono-local of the interior courtyard of the house, so we are close by. If we are not home, you can use the contacts available at check-in: if we forget, please ask for our number so we can communicate. Other things to note We have pets: two dogs - Toro & Pantera - and a cat - the Puma. These are not allowed to enter the hosting space, so we ask that you do not allow it. City Council may open the courtyard door to greet them, but they should not enter the house. Registration details 615
